Dipartimento d'Ingegneria

International mobility

The Engineering Department has established many collaboration relationships with several Universities and Laboratories worldwide; these collaborations promote and support student mobility for education periods (exams or thesis) within the Erasmus+ program, and of internships and stages within the Erasmus Placement program.

In particular, within Erasmus+ 2014-2020, 80 bilateral agreements have been activated between 49 different foreign Universities and the Engineering Department, both in the industrial and in the computer and electronic enginnering. These agreements offer the possibility of exchanging students both of the first level courses and of the second level courses. There are also agreements specifically tailored to promote the mobility of students of the doctorate course (third level) of the Engineering Department.

There has been a considerable participation to the Erasmus+ 2014-2015 program, with 31 candidates (2 of which doctorate students).
Also outside the Erasmus programme, the intensive cooperation between the Engineering Department and other international organizations makes it possible to establish a wide range of stages in foreign universities and companies for the students of our courses.
Professor Francesco Asdrubali, responsible  of the Erasmum program and  student mobility in the Engineering Department, is available to meet students  for information related to international mobility on fridays fro 11 a.m. to 13 a.m at his office, building CIRIAF / CRB, first floor
